Coleman and Peterman Homes:

At the Coleman House it was birthday-free in January. Ronnie celebrated his birthday at the Peterman home.

I believe this to be a gender thing; the Super Bowl was celebrated at both Coleman and Peterman—The Coleman house portrayed very little interest, but for the Peterman home it was truly a celebration. Root-beer and snacks and a prediction board all preceded a very focused group of men rooting for the team that unfortunately lost in the end.

The Flu arrived at Coleman; but it was short lived. The house was quarantined for only 3 days.

The Auto show was a big hit! The residents favorite exhibit was the Jeep presentation. It was a Jeep on a display track that had its ups and downs.

For Valentine’s Day the Peterman home came over to the Coleman home where they celebrated with music, Karaoke, cupcakes and ice cream. They also dressed up and attended a Valentine’s concert at the Jean Marie Ryan Center.

The Mercy Glen Director Jessica Krugler is sadly leaving in May. They are interviewing now for a new Director.

Coleman is gaining a new AMDSP her name is Kenya.

And then there of course are all the regular activities:

Movies— Dr. Doolittle and Frozen 2

Basketball game at Loyola— Loyola won

Nickel town

Dinner and Lunch outings

Bingo on Wednesday with prizes

It is never dull at these homes.

Conrad-McNerney

Due to the winter weather the Conrad home did not have many outings. Although several outings were basketball related. They attended the NBA cares event, went to a Bucks game and the Special Olympics basketball event. They had Dunkin' Donuts one day and celebrated a birthday in early February. They also attended the Misericordia Valentine Dance and decorated Valentine cupcakes on Valentine's day.

The McNerney home guys continue their love of dinner out on Wednesday nights at local restaurants. The men also enjoy yoga with Cassandra in their home .Some also attend bingo at Shannon and art at McNerney. Tim B is preparing for the Special Olympic swim meet in March. Some of the men attended the Auto Show .
