The Misericordia Family Association Benefit!

The MFA Benefit will be in person this year at an exciting new location, the Schaumburg Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center, on Sunday August 27^th.  

To learn more about the Benefit and to access the Benefit documents, click on the website www.mfabenefit.org and then click on the word Documents in the menu bar at the top of the page. All the documents that are “live” are available there to read/print/download as needed. Other documents will be added to that list as those portions of the Benefit go live.

Sponsorship and Ad Book Contribution Form - The preferred method is to submit this form through the Benefit website instead of using paper form.
