Documents and MFA Benefit Dinner Reservations

The “Packets” full of so very many MFA Benefit paper documents from yesteryears are no more. They can now be found by going to www.mfabenefit.org and clicking on DOCUMENTS in the menu bar at the top of the page.

You can also click here to access the documents. The important forms and informational documents cover the Ad Book, Sponsorships, Raffles, Reservations, Silent Auction, Giving Tree, Invitation, the Renaissance, and the Benefit Guide.

Please review, read, download, and print your own documents as needed! If you are unable to print or access the documents on your own, copies are available in the MFA Benefit Documents bin located on a table in the vestibule at Thome Reception.

Documents can also be accessed from the bottom of each of the Benefit website pages that they belong to (after clicking on a particular menu item).

Dinner Reservations - How to purchase your tickets 

To make your Benefit Dinner Reservations go www.mfabenefit.org and click on the RESERVATIONS menu item at the top of the page.

Review the Dinner Menu choices and read the Dinner Reservations document. There are detailed instructions on the second page for buying your tickets and adding guests to your order.

Share the Dinner Menu with your guests so they can decide on their meal choice.

 Scroll down on the Reservations page (of the Benefit website) and click on the RESERVE NOW button to purchase your tickets. Click on Sign in or Register (do so), then click on Buy tickets.

Invite friends and family (who will be purchasing their own tickets) with the MFA Benefit Invitation Flyer (found in DOCUMENTS) or an Invitation Card/envelope which are available in the bin at Thome Reception.

Be sure to fill in your Group name (last name, first name) and MFA# on the invitations before sending them out. Your guests will need to use this info when they make their reservations to make sure they are seated with your party and that you will receive credit for their donations.                                

The Renaissance Information document has information about the venue and making hotel reservations if staying overnight.
